Return Policy for Clothing

We offer a 7-day return policy on most clothing items purchased from usfly.in. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The clothing must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant), or damage.
  • Original Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must be attached to the garment.
  • Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Returned within 7 Days: The return must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at +91-9116487663 or info@usfly.in. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer support team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package and Ship: Carefully package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ship the package to:

  1. Receive and Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Colors may appear slightly different on different monitors. This is not considered a defect.
